How does the Calendar Home Screen Widget work

The Calendar Home Screen widget automatically syncs with your calendar. It downloads calendar entries around 4 hours into the future and looks for those with location information. If that is found then it is displayed.

To ensure Calendar Home Screen widget works correctly please do the following.

1. Provide ETA access to your calendar. Your calendar information remains private to you and we only use on device to look for location entries. To check access open up ETA on your iPhone, tap the Settings cog top right and down to Permissions. Look for a green tick next to Calendar

2. Ensure the calendars are selected that you wish ETA to browse for appointments and meetings. Open up ETA on your iPhone, tap the Settings cog top right and down to Calendar. From this screen tap 'Calendars' and ensure a 'tick' is next to the ones you want ETA to access
