Are travel times different across Apple Watch, iPhone and CarPlay?

The short answer is no - the data across all our platforms comes from the same source (Apple Maps) and should be consistent. Of course you might see some small differences depending on when you opened an app and if the traffic conditions changed in that time. Also be aware that widgets and complications update based on a schedule if you've moved location quickly there might be a delay before the data is accurate again.

In older versions of our Apple Watch app we used a different data provider for data so there were differences in the times reported. As of 2022 this is no longer the case.
